SIRENS HOTELS BEACH AND VILLAGE
The Management and employees of SIRENS HOTELS BEACH AND VILLAGE, recognizing the importance of environmental protection as a cornerstone of sustainable development, have developed and implemented an Environmental Management System (EMS) in accordance with the requirements of ISO 14001:2015. The EMS applies to all hotel operations, including accommodation, food and beverage services, and leisure activities.
• To this end, the Management of SIRENS HOTELS BEACH AND VILLAGE is committed to:
• Complying with all applicable legal, regulatory, and other environmental requirements relevant to the hotel's activities.
• Assessing the environmental impacts of its operations with the objective of reducing and, where possible, eliminating adverse environmental effects.
• Taking all reasonable measures to protect the environment and prevent pollution.
• Pursuing continual improvement through the establishment, monitoring, and review of environmental objectives.
• Based on these commitments, the Management of SIRENS HOTELS BEACH AND VILLAGE aims to:
• Implement initiatives to improve energy efficiency, reduce water consumption, prevent pollution, and minimize as well as properly manage solid and liquid waste.
• Communicate its environmental initiatives to all relevant stakeholders in order to raise awareness and encourage their participation.
• Train and raise awareness among employees to ensure their active involvement in the Environmental Management System.
• Inform guests about the hotel's environmental initiatives and encourage their active participation in sustainability efforts.
• Promote the sustainable use of natural resources, support climate change adaptation, and contribute to the protection of biodiversity and ecosystems.
The above policy objectives are achieved through the implementation of the ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System, by establishing specific and measurable environmental objectives, regularly monitoring environmental performance, evaluating the effectiveness of improvement actions, conducting periodic audits of the Environmental Management System, and reviewing objectives to ensure their continual improvement.
