Through this Child Protection and Prevention of Child Labour & Abuse Policy, the Management of SIRENS HOTELS BEACH AND VILLAGE is committed to the full protection of children's rights and to preventing all forms of child labour, exploitation, abuse, or neglect within the scope of its operations.
Our policy is based on the principles of sustainability and social responsibility, as set out in ISO 21401:2018, as well as on the applicable national and international legislation.
Hotel Commitments
• Prohibit child labour in all its forms and at every stage of our operations.
• Maintain zero tolerance for any act or suspicion of child abuse, exploitation, or neglect.
• Promptly report suspected incidents and cooperate fully with the competent authorities.
• Implement due diligence procedures for the assessment and monitoring of partners, suppliers, and third parties.
• Provide staff training to enable employees to recognize, respond to, and appropriately manage potential child protection incidents.
• Ensure a safe, secure, and protective environment for all child guests staying at the hotel.
This policy applies across all levels of the hotel's operations and forms an integral part of the Sustainable Management System. The Management is committed to the ongoing monitoring, evaluation, and continual improvement of the relevant procedures to ensure the effective protection of children.
