FOOD SAFETY POLICY

SIRENS HOTELS BEACH AND VILLAGE

The Management and employees of SIRENS HOTELS BEACH AND VILLAGE, recognizing the importance of food safety as a key element of sustainable development, have developed and implemented a Food Safety Management System (FSMS) in accordance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 22000:2018. The FSMS covers the hotel’s activities related to food and beverage services.

To this end, the Management of SIRENS HOTELS BEACH AND VILLAGE is committed to:

• Complying with all applicable legal and other requirements related to food safety and hygiene within the scope of its activities.

• Continuously assessing food safety and hygiene risks and validating the hazard analysis in order to eliminate potential food safety risks.

• Pursuing continual improvement through the establishment of objectives.

• Ensuring the proper implementation and continual improvement of the Food Safety Management System according to ISO 22000.

• Providing continuous training, awareness, and ensuring the competence of personnel, in order to maintain a high level of expertise and ensure that all employees are aware of food safety requirements and practices.

• Continuously improving our operational practices.

• Maintaining effective communication channels established with our suppliers and customers.

• Ensuring the availability of all necessary resources for the maintenance and updating of the system, as well as for the improvement of facilities, equipment, and the working environment.

• Monitoring all established indicators related to the safety of the products provided

The above guiding objectives of our policy are achieved through the implementation of the Food Safety Management System (FSMS) according to EN ISO 22000:2018, by establishing specific and measurable objectives, regularly monitoring practices, facilities, and infrastructure, evaluating the effectiveness of implemented actions, auditing the performance of the System, and reviewing its objectives with the aim of continuously improving and upgrading them.
